Patch notes

Changed:
- Abandoned structures rules has changed -> You are not allowed to claim any abandoned / unclaimed structure, but can always open a Discord ticket, as there are exceptions.
- Fixed CombatLog + bugged messages of it.
- Adjusted the Nation bonus claim blocks, now the maximum is 150, 25 extra per Nation size.
- Reduced the requiered residents on Nations per level.
- Fixed many chat text errors.
- Added chat text on plugins missing it.

- Chiseled Bookshelfs are now affected by /lock.
- Cherry doors are now affected by /lock.
- Bamboo doors are now affected by /lock.
- Cherry trapdoors are now affected by /lock.
- Bamboo trapdoors are now affected by /lock.
- Woodcutter now pays for chopping Mangrove logs.
- Woodcutter now pays for chopping Cherry logs.
- Digger now pays for breaking Suspicious sand.
- Digger now pays for breaking Suspicious gravel.
- Hunter now pays for killing Camels.
- Hunter now pays for killing Sniffers.
