When posting a punishment appeal, create a new topic, copy this template and fill it to help Staff resolve the issue.
(Remove the text in brackets and fill it).
Punishment appeal:
- Username: (Your Minecraft username).
- Reason of punishment: (The reason shown here by typing your username).
- Date of punishment: (When where you punished).
- Explanation: (What happend?).
- Proof: (Can be logs, screenshots, recordings or anything you have).
